In 2010 Dr. Eric Serrano, M.D. Former Research Professor, Ohio State University Medical School, Pickerington, Ohio concluded a pilot double-blind placebo controlled clinical trial of GlucALite®. The human pilot study evaluating the safety and efficacy of GlucALite® was a major success. The research and pilot study was conducted by Dr. Serrano, M.D. at his Clinic in Pickerington, Ohio. The study data was independently reviewed by Lisa Tully, PhD. Statistical analysis of laboratory data was prepared by John Fogli, PhD. of Sentenium Premium Data and Research Solutions.
The purpose of the GlucALite® Pilot Study was to determine the effect of the natural vitamin, mineral, botanical dietary supplement, GlucALite®, on fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, and HbA1C levels of people dealing with blood sugar health challenges.
The pilot investigation conclusion indicates GlucALite™ has significant potential to provide safe and effective nutritional support for healthy and normal blood glucose management. Statistical analysis of the pilot data demonstrates that the group receiving GlucALite™ exhibited significant decreases in blood glucose and triglyceride levels compared to the Control Group. Considering that most of the subjects consumed 2 capsules instead of the recommended 3 capsules daily, these results are significant. Further studies are indicated utilizing the recommended dose with more subjects, conducted over a longer time period (90 days, which would adhere to HBA1C mean testing). Results of this study support the use of GlucALite™ for nutritionally supporting and assisting the body in maintaining healthy blood glucose and triglyceride levels.
