I was told by a nutritionist to eat a lower Glycemic index diet, walk every day for 20 minutes and take GlucALite three times a day. I did this for 3 1/2 weeks and lost about 20 lbs (went from 264 to 245lbs). I used to have fasting blood glucose as high as 246 almost every day. After 4 weeks of eating a low Glycemic diet, walking for just 10 – 20 minutes a day and taking GlucALite, my fasting blood glucose was 125 one day and I went crazy as in HAPPY crazy! As long as I eat a low Glycemic diet, walk daily and take my GlucALite, my blood sugar stays under 140 and I feel great. I have tried to stick with the program religiously, but to tell the truth I have been getting back to eating my favorite ice cream once in a while and my blood sugar still seems ok. I need to have back surgery and will have to stop exercise and GlucALite a little while before and after the surgery. I will be back on the program as soon as my Doctor gives me the ok. I do now believe in a low Glycemic diet, regular exercise and GlucALite to help support my body in maintaining healthy blood sugar.

My physician prescribed some things for me and advised me to cut down on eating sticky rice, refined carbohydrates, and sugar. He also advised that I engage in daily exercise. This was very difficult for me because I have been eating white rice or noodles with every meal since I was a little girl and I have never really exercised. My doctor was informed by a physician friend in the United States about a clinical study of GlucALite. He obtained a bottle of GlucALite for me to try for one month. I try to take a 5 or 10 minute walk every other day and I have also been trying to cut down on eating the quantity of rice and noodles I consume. This is not easy for me because it is a major change in my life. After taking GlucALite for two weeks, the nutritional support it gave along with my exercise and eating habit changes helped my body to maintain healthy blood sugar in the normal range. My doctor keeps telling me that I must try to exercise daily and cut back on rice noodles and sugar. Since taking GlucALite nutritional support and changing my diet, along with exercise, I do notice that I have less craving for the same quantities of rice noodles and sugar at every meal and I have more energy every day. I didn’t believe in vitamins and herbs before. I never thought diet or nutritional support of any kind had any value. What can I say? Your GlucALite® nutritional support works. I hate exercise and don’t have time for it but I’m told GlucALite® will work better if I get some. Nothing else I have tried helps my body maintain my glucose within the normal healthy range like it. I will tell you this: I feel like it’s almost better to take GlucALite® before I eat. I feel less guilty, more confident and I guess you could say even safer knowing I’m taking it.
